I wanted to be strong

I approached Mark with the desire to increase my overall strength and deadlift performance, improve my form, improve my recovery, and start hitting them all-time personal bests.

It didn’t take long with the one on one training program that Mark had set in place to start seeing significantly big results!!
This also resulted in re-sparking my love and passion for the gym again.

Mark has always been at the end of the phone or in the gym for any advice or help I’ve needed
