My 9 week weightloss transformation

I started the Aggressive Diet on the 8th July. Starting weight was 85.7Kg. I noticed drastic changes very early on. Improved sleep quality, clearer skin, better mental clarity. After completing my 1st 4 week cycle I had lost a total of 6.8kg. 5cm off my hips & 4cm off my waist.
I took 1 week off before starting my 2nd cycle. The weight-loss is even more noticeable totalling at 9.15kg. Surprisingly I have been able to adhere to my strength training regime with very little impact on my ability to train even though my calorie intake has been limited to 800cals. Mark carefully explained the science behind this diet and advised me on supplementation making it effortless to stick to this diet. I am over the moon with my results thus far! The numbers don’t lie!

I’m finally seeing results

It’s been more than a year since I started working with Mark. I remember being unhappy with my workout routine, feeling stuck and not seeing any progress both aesthetically and in strength. What convinced me to work with him was his vision of training, his passion and knowledge. He taught me that above all it takes mental strength to be able to build a strong body. He has motivated me and believed in my abilities and helped me overcome my insecurities and limitations. I have him to thank for the progress I have made, both physical and psychological, as he’s changed the way I look at fitness now.

Old School is new school

I have been using the services of Mark for a little while now, the improvements in my overall physique have been amazing, Mark expects hard work and pushes me to my limit at each session but with that comes an increase in my overall lifts, a lot of them now are P.Bs and a massive sense of achievement every time I leave the gym. I initially approached Mark after hearing a lot of good things about the way he trained, I was looking for an old school P.T, however Mark is anything but, he has the old school work ethic but his methods and teaching techniques are up to date and science based, he has also recently graduated from the M.N.U so I know I’m also getting the best nutrition and diet advice.
I have used a few P.Ts. over the years but never had this level improvement in both my physical appearance and confidence.

I’ve never been so strong

I had been going to the gym for 25 years but only took part in gym classes. I never had the
